Milford man's book describes wife's legal, bureaucratic battle after car wreck

MILFORD – When Harold Rhodes took to the podium at the Milford Town Library Thursday to discuss his book, "The Blameless Victim," he thanked his wife Marcia, the book’s principal subject, for her unflinching bravery.
